What you'll pay after we're done
Some agencies bury these. Here they are up front — and we don't mark any of them up.
Domain name
R100 – R250 a year for a .co.za, paid directly to a South African registrar in your own name.
Hosting
R0 a month for most sites. We deploy to a global network with a genuinely free tier that comfortably covers a small business site.
R0 – R120 a month. Free forwarding to your existing Gmail, or proper mailboxes if you'd prefer.
Online stores also pay the payment gateway's transaction fee — usually around 2–4% per sale, charged by Payfast, Yoco or Ozow, not by us.
Are these prices VAT inclusive?
Prices shown exclude VAT. If we're registered for VAT at the time of your quote, it'll be shown as a separate line so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
Plenty don't. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it properly. The packages are a starting point, not a straitjacket.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes — 50% up front books your slot in the calendar, and the balance is due when the site goes live. EFT or card, with a proper invoice either way.
What happens if I want changes after launch?
Business package clients get 30 days of free tweaks. After that it's R450/hour, or a care plan if changes are a regular thing.
