The honest answer is that the biggest delay is almost always waiting on photos and text from your side — we'll help you with both.

Your logo if you have one, any photos you want used, and a rough idea of what each page should say. If you don't have any of that, don't stress — we write copy and source photos as part of the Business package.

Completely. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and you get every login. If you ever want to move to someone else, you can walk away with the whole thing. We don't hold anything hostage.

Hosting itself runs about R0–R100 a month depending on the site, because we deploy to a global network with a generous free tier. Your domain is roughly R100–R250 a year through a South African registrar. We'll show you the real numbers in your quote rather than marking them up.

Yes. For content that changes often — prices, menus, products — we set up a simple editor and walk you through it on a call. For the odd small change, a care plan covers it, or we bill a small hourly rate.

All the time. Most of the work happens over WhatsApp, email and video calls, so where you are doesn't matter. We work with clients across South Africa.

Half up front to book your slot in the calendar, half when the site goes live. EFT or card. You get a proper invoice for your books.
